I test software, work with data, and build things on the web.

I'm Hafiz — a final-year IT student at IIUM, currently interning at IDERIA as a Software Development Intern. Most of my work there is QA: user acceptance testing, writing test documentation, and validating configuration data across the platform.

Outside the internship I work with Power BI, SQL, and Python for data analysis, and build with Next.js and TypeScript. CompTIA Data+ certified, on the Dean's List at IIUM, and serving as president of IOTEAMS KICT.

  • Executed structured sandbox regression test campaigns on procurement pipelines to check core system behaviors, ensure old paths remained stable, and verify multi-actor approval filters.
  • Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) and simulation walk-throughs to find and isolate system bugs, formally documenting issues like stuck document statuses, mid-flow selection reset flaws, and client script rendering defects.
  • Audited user permission boundaries across 25 system zones via role-play testing to verify that authority limits and document flows align fully with organizational compliance policies.
  • Diagnosed a live duplicate production entry error by tracing user actions and database records, formally submitting design recommendations to implement page-freezing controls.
  • Revised 7 core role-specific user manuals from version 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 and authored a 7-section stock conversion manual and technical support manual defining clear ticket lifecycles.
